This application is a semantic repository of the data and metadata involved in the European Commission's Digital Agenda Scoreboard.
It is where the Scoreboard's data administrators can upload, import and inspect the Scoreboard's data and metadata. It servers as the
backend of the publicly available Digital Agenda Scoreboard website (i.e. frontend). The two communicate over SPARQL protocol, designed for
querying semantic repositories. The present user interface of this repository is also referred to as Content Registry.
